Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data this website collects and what I do with it. It is short on purpose, because I collect very little.

What I collect and why
Only what you send me yourself through the contact form: your name, work email, company, team size, department and your message, together with the list of processes you picked if you added it to the message.
I use it for one purpose: to reply to you and to see whether a process audit is useful to you.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox before sending, and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(b)).
What I do not collect
The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no other tracking scripts. Fonts are served from the website itself, not from a third party.
Who processes it
- Resend, to send the form’s email.
- Google (Gmail), where I receive the message.
- Vercel, which hosts the website. Its servers log technical data such as your IP address when you visit.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long I keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request and any work that follows. I delete it when you ask me to, unless the law requires me to keep something, for example tax records.
If sending fails
The form opens your email app with the message ready. In that case you send the message yourself, through your own email provider.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before.

If you believe your rights are being violated, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr.
